She Lost 89 Kilograms In 18 Months, And Changed Only One Thing In Her Diet

In this article you can read the story of young woman who had over 150 kilograms, two years ago. Namely, she got pregnant when she was only 17 years old and since then she has began to eat without a control. She become so fat, and more than 30 medical experts agreed that if she continues with that pace and eat so much unhealthy food, she has less than one year of live.

At that point she was aware that she must make huge changes her lifestyle. She actually become aware that she actually is destroying her life. She began to eat only cooked food which is healthy, and just healthy snacks. In a period of less than 18 months, she lost 89 kilograms as a result of avoiding food that contains carbohydrates and sugar, such as mild cake. She reveals her diet:

Breakfast: two eggs, mushrooms, tomatoes and small piece of bacon

Lunch: potatoes (boiled or baked) with chili and small piece meat

Snack: yogurt or some fruit

Dinner: spaghetti with cheese and tomato sauce

When she was only 30 years old she suffered from pain in the back. Moreover, she wasn’t able to walk, due to those extra kilos.

This incredible woman was awarded with the title “Woman of the year” from the center for treatment for people that has problem with overweight. Her problems are now history, and she leads normal life and goes on work.
