Majority people would agree that mornings are really rough. The Harvard psychologist, Amy Cuddy has some good news for you: your mornings can become much better if you stay mindful to one behavior.
As Cuddy explains, before you get out of bed and even you put one foot on the floor you should stretch your body as wide as possible.

Generally speaking, most people are convinced that their behavior follows their emotions, on the same way as when we stand tall and proud because we’re feeling confident.
On the other hand, Cuddy’s research suggests that the opposite is also true. We simply can become much more confident by striking a power pose or stretching out in the morning.
Recently, at talk at New York’s 92Y, Cuddy explained about how that wisdom can carry over to our daily routine. This particularly refers to early-morning power of making yourself huge the moment you open your eyes.
