Preparation and use:
First step is to slice the garlic and onion till it is well chopped. Put it aside. In a kettle pour some water and let it boil. Then, add the finely sliced garlic and onions in the boiling water and leave to boil for additional 10 minutes.
Leave the water cool off for about 20 minutes. Pour the resulted mixture in the center of the self – stick gauze pads, only enough to get wet. If there is too much liquid in the pads you need to squeeze the excess out. Note: be careful not to wet the sticky part of the pads.
Carefully patch the self – stick gauze pad on the soles of your feet, particularly at the center part. It is advisable to put on socks to keep the pad not to fall off. After you wake up the next morning all you should do is to throw the pads and wash your feet.
